Changyu A announced that the total amount of funds for the repurchase will not exceed RMB 100 million, to be used for the cancellation and corresponding reduction of the company's registered capital. The number of shares to be repurchased will be no less than 10 million shares and no more than 15 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.49%-2.23% of the company's current total share capital, and about 4.72%-7.08% of the company's B shares.
