YANGZHOU CHENHUA announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount not less than 20 million yuan and not exceeding 40 million yuan. The repurchase price will not exceed 15.5 yuan per share, and the repurchased shares will be legally canceled and the registered capital will be reduced. The source of repurchase funds will be the company's own funds or self-raised funds, with an implementation period of 12 months from the date the shareholders' meeting approves the share repurchase plan. The estimated number of repurchased shares is between 1.2903 million and 2.5806 million shares, accounting for 0.60% to 1.20% of the company's current total share capital
