# YTOT plans to raise no more than 1 billion yuan through a private placement for multiple optical projects and to supplement working capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YTOT (300790.SZ) disclosed a plan for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The company intends to issue no more than 68 million A-shares (including this number) to no more than 35 (inclusive) issuance targets. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance of A-shares to specific targets is not expected to exceed 1 billion yuan, and the net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance expenses is planned to be invested in vehicle optical production projects, diversified application optical projects of Dongguan Yucheng Technology Co., Ltd., the expansion project of glass aspheric lenses, and to supplement working capital
