According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST YKS (300209.SZ) released its annual report for 2024, showing an operating income of 387 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.73%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 56.7597 million yuan. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, was 113 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing of 74.91%. The basic earnings per share were 0.0611 yuan.

During the reporting period, affected by historical debts and financial pressures, the company's business recovery was below expectations, and operating income still declined compared to the previous year; however, due to a debt restructuring gain of 210 million yuan from bankruptcy reorganization, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company successfully turned positive
