On the evening of April 17th, Ziyan Foods announced that the company plans to invest 500 million yuan in its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Ziyan using its own funds. Chengdu Ziyan will act as the investment entity to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Nepal Ziyan, with an investment of no more than 300 million yuan, and will invest in the construction of a production and processing base in Nepal
