According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ziyan Foods (603057.SH) released its annual report for 2024, reporting an operating income of 3.363 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.28%; a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 346 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.50%; a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of 281 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.28%; and basic earnings per share of 0.8394 yuan/share. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5.2 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares
