According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hengguang Technology (301118.SZ) stated that its shareholder Xiangjiang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiangjiang Investment") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.3 million shares, or no more than 2.99% of the company's current total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from May 14, 2025, to August 13, 2025
