# Niraku GC Expands Hotel Portfolio in Japan with 358 Million Yen Acquisition

> Niraku GC Holdings has acquired a property in Japan for 358.4 million yen, as announced in a filing with the Hong Kong Exchange. The purchase will be executed by NBI Regional Revitalization Investment, a joint venture where Niraku GC holds a 75% stake. The property, located in Shizukuishi-cho, Iwate-gun, spans approximately 7,192.21 square meters and includes a 10-story ryokan inn. This acquisition is part of Niraku GC's strategy to expand its hotel portfolio and hospitality business in Japan.

Niraku GC Holdings struck a deal to buy a property in Japan for 358.4 million yen, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The purchase will be carried out by NBI Regional Revitalization Investment, a joint venture owned 75% by Niraku GC and 25% by partner Core Holdings.

The property is located in Shizukuishi-cho, Iwate-gun, Japan, and comprises several lots with a total area of around 7,192.21 square meters and a 10-story building constructed as a ryokan inn.

The operator of entertainment venues said the acquisition is part of efforts to expand the group's hotel portfolio and hospitality business in Japan.
