On April 18th, ZMC announced that it plans to repurchase company shares through centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount of no less than RMB 100 million and no more than RMB 200 million. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 20.83 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the share repurchase plan
