JIANGNAN YIFAN announced that its controlling shareholder Liu Jincheng pledged 5 million shares, accounting for 21.59% of his holdings and 8.93% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is April 16, 2025, with the pledgee being Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is to supplement working capital. In addition, Liu Jincheng released the pledge of 4.6667 million shares, accounting for 20.15% of his holdings and 8.33% of the company's total share capital, with the pledge start date being June 20, 2024, and the pledgee being Zhongguancun Science and Technology Leasing Co., Ltd. As of the announcement date, Liu Jincheng holds 23.16 million shares, representing 41.36% of the company, with a total of 11.5 million pledged shares, accounting for 49.65% of his holdings and 20.54% of the company's total share capital
