# CSG: Termination of investment cooperation to acquire minority equity in the holding company

CSG announced that the company and its subsidiary CSG Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. have terminated the "Investment Cooperation Agreement" signed with Ningbo Yuge Enterprise Management Partnership and Ningbo Bole Enterprise Management Partnership. Party B will acquire 28% equity of Aneng Jiaye held by Party C1 at a price of 1.4 million yuan, and 21% equity of Aneng Jiaye held by Party C2 at a price of 1.05 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Aneng Jiaye will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digital Energy. The funds for this transaction come from the company's own funds, do not involve related party transactions, and do not constitute a major asset reorganization
