# mailyard: The China Securities Regulatory Commission has launched an investigation into the company and its actual controller

According to the announcement from Mailyard (600107.SH), the company and its actual controller and chairman, Mr. Zheng Jiping, received the "Notice of Case Filing" (No. 0052025002 and 0052025003) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on April 18, 2025. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company and Mr. Zheng Jiping in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations
