According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDIC (688130.SH) disclosed its annual report for 2024. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 135 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.34%; the net profit attributable to shareholders was a loss of 10.27 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing; the net profit excluding non-recurring items was a loss of 27.76 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing; basic earnings per share were -0.11 yuan.

The company plans to increase the share capital by 3 shares for every 10 shares held by all shareholders, with no cash dividends and no bonus shares
