The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 49.5733 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 57.96%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 38.8164 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 40.79%. The basic earnings per share were 0.387 yuan. In addition, it plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with 0 bonus shares (including tax), and to increase capital reserves by converting 3 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders
