# A-shares witness another sky-high divorce, WSDINFO's actual controller Mao Yuzhong's ex-wife takes away over 900 million

WSDINFO announced on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that the company recently received a notification from its actual controller, Mao Yuzhong, informing that Mao Yuzhong and XUXIANGFENG have completed the divorce procedures and made arrangements regarding the division of shares. According to the divorce agreement signed by the transferring party and the receiving party, the transferring party will transfer 20 million shares of WSDINFO, accounting for 22.73% of the company's total share capital, to the receiving party. As of the latest closing data, WSDINFO's stock price closed at 46.4 yuan per share, which means that the 20 million shares transferred to Mao Yuzhong's ex-wife are worth over 900 million yuan
