According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PHOENIX PROPERTY (600716.SH) announced that from January to March 2025, the company's contracted sales area of commercial housing was 4,960.77 square meters, a decrease of 29.65% compared to the same period last year; the contracted sales amount of commercial housing was 97.7663 million yuan, a decrease of 54.00% compared to the same period last year. The reasons for the decrease in sales area and amount this year compared to last year are that last year during the same period, Nanjing Zijin and Xufu had their first concentrated signing period
