SHANDONG WEIDA announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase a portion of its shares through centralized bidding. The total amount for the repurchase will not be less than 30 million yuan and not exceed 60 million yuan. The repurchase period will be within 12 months from the date the shareholders' meeting approves this repurchase plan. The repurchased shares will be entirely used for cancellation and reduction of the company's registered capital. The source of the repurchase funds will be its own funds.
