# CANNY: The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Youlin has passed away

CANNY announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, honorary chairman, and director Mr. Wang Youlin passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 62 due to ineffective medical treatment. Mr. Wang directly held 359 million shares of the company, accounting for 44.89% of the total shares. Due to Mr. Wang's passing, the number of members on the company's board of directors has decreased to 8, which is not less than the minimum number of directors stipulated by the Company Law of the People's Republic of China. The company will complete the relevant director re-election work in accordance with the Articles of Association of CANNY and relevant laws and regulations, and will timely fulfill its information disclosure obligations. Currently, the company's board of directors, board of supervisors, and senior management are performing their duties normally, and the company's production and operation activities remain stable and proceed normally
