# Rithm Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: RAC.U) will start trading ordinary shares and warrants separately from April 21, 2025.

New York-based Rithm Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: RAC.U), a blank check company, disclosed today that starting from April 21, 2025, holders of the units obtained in the Company’s initial public offering have the option to individually trade shares of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in these units. It is important to note that no partial warrants will be distributed upon the separation of the units - only complete warrants will be available for trading. The company's Class A ordinary shares and warrants will be separated for trading after this date.
