# KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL: Agreement to transfer 5.9928 million shares of Seluoxin

KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL announced that the information disclosure obligor, Shanghai Sailoxian Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., has agreed to transfer a total of 5,992,800 shares of KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL to Yangzhou Chuangxiang Investment Partnership at a price of RMB 17.26 per share, accounting for 6.00% of the total shares of KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL, with a total price of RMB 103 million. Before the change in equity, Sailoxian held 9,988,000 shares of KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL, accounting for 10.00% of the shareholding ratio of KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL, all of which were unrestricted tradable shares. After the change in equity, Sailoxian holds 3,995,200 shares of KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL, accounting for 4.00% of the shareholding ratio of KANGHUI PHARMACEUTICAL, all of which are unrestricted tradable shares
