# CDMS: Plans to repurchase company shares for 50 million to 100 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 23.69 yuan per share

On April 21, CDMS announced that it plans to repurchase company shares through centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount of no less than RMB 50 million and no more than RMB 100 million. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 23.69 per share, and the repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives
