Huaihe Energy announced that the company intends to acquire 89.30% of the equity of Huaihe Energy Power Group held by its controlling shareholder Huainan Mining through the issuance of shares and cash payment, with a transaction price of 11.694 billion yuan. Among them, the payment ratio of shares to cash is 85% and 15%, respectively
