According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wolong Real Estate (600173.SH) released its first-quarter report for 2025, with operating revenue of 1.105 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 97.53%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 36.0863 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 22.22%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 44.7972 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.79%; basic earnings per share were 0.0522 yuan/share
