The company's operating revenue for 2024 was 4.377 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.78%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 529 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.22%; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, was 41.3984 million yuan, turning from profit to loss; the basic earnings per share were 0.45 yuan/share. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 0.40 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares
