# Peacebird: The controlling shareholder has cumulatively increased its holdings in the company to 2%

Peacebird announced that from the implementation date of this share buyback plan until April 22, 2025, the controlling shareholder Peacebird Group has cumulatively increased its holdings in the company by 9.4766 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, raising its total shareholding from 182 million shares to 191 million shares, with the shareholding ratio increasing from 38.38% to 40.38%, resulting in a cumulative increase of 2%. After this increase, Peacebird Group and its concerted parties collectively hold 331 million shares of the company, up from 322 million shares, with the shareholding ratio increasing from 67.87% to 69.87%
