Tellhow announced that its shareholder, Shanxi Bank Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 8.5287 million shares through centralized bidding from May 19, 2025, to August 18, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Shanxi Bank holds 44.3982 million unrestricted circulating shares, accounting for 5.21% of the company's total share capital. This reduction is due to the shareholder's own funding needs and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure or ongoing operations
