# TJKJ: Approval granted for the issuance of corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 1 billion yuan to professional investors

Tongji Technology announced that the company has received the "Approval on the Registration of Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds by Shanghai Tongji Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. to Professional Investors" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, agreeing to the company's application for the public issuance of corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 1 billion yuan to professional investors. The issuance of corporate bonds must strictly follow the prospectus submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the company can issue corporate bonds in installments within the validity period. The company will handle the relevant matters for this bond issuance as required and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
