Sinocelltech announced that shareholders Nanchang Shenzhou Anyuan Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, Nanchang Shenzhou Anheng Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, Anyi Shenzhou Anlong Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, Anyi Shenzhou Ancheng Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, Anyi Shenzhou Anqian Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, and Anyi Shenzhou Anhong Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership plan to reduce their holdings due to personal funding needs, through centralized bidding and block trading, totaling no more than 2.061 million shares, accounting for 0.50% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period will be within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
