DoBe Group announced that its shareholder Changxing Qianyue, holding 5.0031% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.4638 million shares through centralized bidding from May 19, 2025, to August 18, 2025, accounting for 0.9685% of the company's total share capital and 1.0000% of the total share capital after deducting the shares in the repurchase special account
