According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jianerkang (603205.SH) released its annual report for 2024, with an operating income of 1.046 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.18%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 120 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.69%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 115 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.41%; the basic earnings per share were 1.27 yuan/share. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 3.51 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares and to convert 3 shares for every 10 shares from the capital reserve to all shareholders
