Yongda Machinery Manufacturing announced that its shareholder Deng Xiong, who holds 6.00% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2,880,000 shares, or no more than 1.20% of the company's total share capital, within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement through centralized bidding and block trading. The reason for the reduction is the personal funding needs of the shareholder, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices, and will not be lower than the issue price
