# CFA Institute reports 49% pass rate for 11,131 candidates who took Level III CFA® Program exam in Feb 2025.

On April 22, 2025, the CFA Institute disclosed that out of 11,131 individuals from around the globe who took the Level III CFA® Program exam in February 2025, 49 percent successfully passed. Notification of the outcomes will be sent to all candidates.
