# JFLB has been subjected to delisting risk warning and will be suspended for one day on April 23

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JFLB (002762.SZ) announced that the company disclosed the "2024 Annual Report" on April 23, 2025. The audited annual report data shows that the company's total profit for the 2024 fiscal year is 70.7693 million yuan, net profit is 49.6867 million yuan, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is -45.3168 million yuan. Among these, the lowest value is the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, which is negative, and the deducted operating income is less than 300 million yuan. The above financial data triggers the situation described in Article 9.3.1 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules": "(1) The lowest of the audited total profit, net profit, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for the most recent accounting year is negative, and the deducted operating income is less than 300 million yuan." As a result, the company's stock trading is subject to delisting risk warning by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (the stock abbreviation is prefixed with "\*ST").

The company's stock will be suspended for one day on April 23, 2025, and will resume trading on April 24, 2025
