# YOEC plans to acquire 100% equity of Shengyisheng for 158 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YOEC (688143.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Wuhan Shengyisheng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Shengyisheng) from three trading parties: Wuhan Chuanglian Zhiguang Technology Co., Ltd., Li Longqin, and Ningbo Chengfenghao Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The transaction price is 158 million yuan.

After this transaction, the listed company will form a good synergy with the target company in the fields of fiber optic gyroscope photonic chip device manufacturing and optical communication business, establishing a relatively complete production capacity for fiber optic gyroscope photonic chip devices. This will further enrich the listed company's core product layout in the fiber optic gyroscope field, expand the civilian market for fiber optic gyroscopes, and enhance the application of the company's existing special optical fibers and cables as well as new materials in the optical communication field, which will help improve the overall profitability and sustainable operation capability of the listed company
