Anhui Shiny announced that the company plans to acquire 77.9385% of the shares of Shenzhen Youte Li Energy Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. The share issuance price for this acquisition of assets through the issuance of shares and cash payment is set at 17.99 yuan/share. As of the date of signing this proposal, the audit and evaluation work of the target company has not yet been completed, and the final transaction price of the target assets as well as the final number of shares to be issued by the listed company for the acquisition of assets through share issuance and cash payment have not yet been determined
