DAWN announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Anhui Boste for 33 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Anhui Boste will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. From January to November 2024, Anhui Boste achieved an operating income of 157 million yuan and a net profit of 3.3669 million yuan. As of November 30, 2024, Anhui Boste's total assets amounted to 119 million yuan, with a net asset of 28.4198 million yuan.
