According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RONGDA (300576.SZ) released its 2024 annual report, with an operating income of 949 million yuan for the year 2024, a year-on-year increase of 18.77%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 122 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 43.13%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 114 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 43.63%; the basic earnings per share were 0.41 yuan/share. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 0.9 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares and to increase the capital reserve by converting 2 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders
