Ziyan Foods announced that the company plans to terminate the construction project of the research and testing center, and will use the unused raised funds of 41.9764 million yuan for brand building and marketing projects, increasing the total investment amount for brand building and marketing projects to 122 million yuan. At the same time, the construction project of the storage base will increase the implementing entity and location of the raised investment project without changing the total amount of raised funds, and will adjust the implementation content and internal investment structure, extending the implementation period. After the adjustment, the project name will be changed to Distributed Intelligent Storage Project
