INT'L GROUP announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is 33.352 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.05%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 526 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.53%. The basic earnings per share is 1.02 yuan/share, a year-on-year decrease of 6.42%. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital on the equity registration date for the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution plan, a total cash dividend of 200 million yuan will be distributed to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital
