After the capital increase is completed, Hangzhou Boya's registered capital will change to 8.6571 million yuan, and SYNERGY's shareholding will increase to 24.9285%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting. Hangzhou Boya was established on November 29, 2023, with a registered capital of 6.7333 million yuan.
