The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is: based on 132 million shares, a cash dividend of 1.1 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with 0 bonus shares, and 4 shares will be converted from capital reserve for every 10 shares to all shareholders
