INFORE ENVIRO announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 13.118 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.85%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 514 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.04%. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital on the record date for the implementation of the 2024 profit distribution plan, a cash dividend of 1.89 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital
