HUALI announced that the company and its holding subsidiaries will use a total amount not exceeding RMB 100 million of their own funds for venture capital, with the funds being available for rolling use. The investment scope includes entrusted wealth management, securities investment, fund investment, futures investment, private equity investment funds, and securities investment products based on the above investments, as well as other investment activities recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange
