# ST Guangwang: Net loss of 1.059 billion yuan in 2024

ST Guangwang announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 1.547 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 33.00%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be 1.059 billion yuan, compared to a net loss of 626 million yuan in the same period last year. Due to the company not achieving profitability in 2024, the distributable profit at the end of the period is negative, which does not meet the conditions for profit distribution. Therefore, the company plans not to distribute profits for the 2024 fiscal year and will not increase capital stock from capital reserves. This distribution plan has been approved by the 26th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors and will also be submitted to the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders for review
