# LIFERIVER: Net loss of 127 million yuan in 2024

LIFERIVER announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 179 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 34.88%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be 127 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 137 million yuan in the same period last year. The company will hold the 13th meeting of the fifth board of directors and the 11th meeting of the fifth supervisory board on April 23, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the profit distribution for the year 2024, agreeing that the company will not distribute profits for 2024, will not distribute cash dividends, will not issue bonus shares, and will not increase capital from capital reserves or any other form of profit distribution. This profit distribution proposal is subject to approval at the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders
