The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 50.0237 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.88%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.4 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling a cash dividend of 15.7386 million yuan, which accounts for 31.46% of the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders for the year 2024. At the same time, the company will increase its capital stock by transferring 4 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders from the capital reserve, totaling an increase of 44.9674 million shares, after which the total share capital of the company will change to 157 million shares
