CITIC Limited (00267.HK) announced that CITIC Metal Co., Ltd. (601061.SH) reported a first-quarter revenue of RMB 28.249 billion, an increase of 5.3% year-on-year. The net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 571 million, a growth of 268.9%, mainly due to the stable operation of key overseas copper mine projects and an increase in production and sales volume; earnings per share were 11.65 cents
