According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Nanjing FJGF Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Jingyu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The business scope includes: research and development of automotive parts; wholesale of automotive spare parts; manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories; sales of complete vehicles for new energy vehicles; sales of electrical accessories for new energy vehicles; research and development of new material technology, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by FJGF through indirect holdings
