The release date is April 23, 2025, and the pledgee is China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. Fuzhou Branch. As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties hold 312 million shares, accounting for 30.23% of the total shares. After this release of pledge, the number of pledged shares is 49.5 million, accounting for 15.87% of their holdings and 4.80% of the company's total share capital. The number of unpledged shares subject to trading restrictions and frozen shares is 2.3289 million, accounting for 0.89% of the unpledged shares
