# BOYA Precision Industry: Some directors and executives plan to increase their holdings by 3.8 million to 7.6 million yuan

BOYA Precision Industry announced that the company's director and CFO Kang Xiaoli, director and vice general manager Jiang Yufeng, vice general managers Deng Jieli and Liu Yubo, and board secretary Zhong Sheng plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding within six months from the date of the announcement, with a total increase amount not less than 3.8 million yuan and not exceeding 7.6 million yuan.
